With the BC government now mandating homes become more energy efficient when they are either building, or renovating, Common Ground has started a division that focuses purely on making homes as efficient as possible.

Prior to the inception of CG in 1997, the Krenus family owned JMK Construction - a local custom home builder, and new construction contracting company. Today, CG continues to build local, energy-efficient, and remarkable homes.
